What we collect
- Account and order details you provide when you sign up or place an order: name, email address, shipping address, and payment reference (we do not store full card numbers — those are handled by our payment processor).
- Communication history when you email or fill out a form.
- Aggregate site analytics — page views, referral source, general country. We do not use fingerprinting.
Why we collect it
- To fulfill your order and provide customer support.
- To send order and shipping updates (transactional email).
- To send occasional product updates, only if you opt in.
- To detect and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum data necessary with a small set of trusted providers: our payment processor, our shipping partner, and our customer email tool. We do not sell your data to third parties, ever.
Your choices
- Access & export: email us and we'll send you the data we hold on you.
- Deletion: email us and we'll delete your account and related records (subject to legal retention rules).
- Marketing opt-out: every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
